Silicon offers 4-year B.Tech programs in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (AE&IE), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), and Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). B.Tech students are accepted based on the JEE Main Rank and the top rank holders enroll on the basis of a thorough on-line counseling process.
Silicon also offers a two year MTech program in CSE, EEE and ECE, along with a three year Master in Computer Application (MCA) program. MTech students are accepted based on either PGAT or GATE scores. Admissions into MCA program and lateral entry into B.Tech programs are done through Odisha JEE.
