SpartaMatrix Captures Interests of Chinese Government for Project Partnering

Campbell, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/25/2013 -- The development projects are supported by the master development project engineering team of SpartaMatrix Inc. These projects are coordinated by several Croatian government departments which are overseen by the Minister of transportation, Mr. Hajdas Doncic. Through Doncic’s outstanding leadership with the Chinese government, several major Chinese companies have become interested in partnering on several economic development projects in Croatia.

In November 2012, Croatian Minster of Entrepreneurship, Mr. Gordan Maras and the Vice minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Gao Hucheng have together signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the study toward the establishment of a Croatian-Chinese economic and technological zone. SpartaMatrix has several advanced technologies available in support of this zone.

SpartaMatrix has been involved in Strategic Planning for Economic Development within Croatia now for over six years. Within those six years, they have managed to establish an extremely strong alliance with local, state and federal government authorities in addition to securing multiple authorizations, licenses and approvals to support the economic development initiatives that SpartaMatrix creates and builds.

SpartaMatrix is a USA corporation and is the primary Investor with ownership of 55% of the MLC Mega-Plex Croatian Project. The MLC project is scheduled for phase one completion in 2016.
