James Craddock, Senior Vice President of drilling and production operations has been elected to succeed Limbacher. Limbacher will remain with the company throught April, to ensure an orderly transition. Craddock joined Rosetta as VP, Drilling and Production Operations, and was later promoted to SVP. Prior to joining Rosetta Resources, COO of BPI Energy, Inc.

AMC Networks Inc (NASDAQ:AMCX) shares dropped 3.56% and closed at $56 after the company yesterday reported fourth-quarter net income of $15.19 million or $0.21 per share from $29.48 million or $0.41 per share last year. Net revenues increased to $366.71 million from $338.96 million last year. Analysts expected the company to report profit per share of $0.65 on revenue of $370.06 million for the quarter.

Cal Dive International, Inc. (NYSE:DVR) shares decreased 3.47% and closed at $1.95 in yesterday’s session. The company will conduct a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and year end 2012 results on February 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. The company is a marine contractor that provides manned diving, pipelay and pipe burial, platform installation and platform salvage services to a diverse customer base in the offshore oil and natural gas industry.
