The company, on Feb. 5, announced that for the fourth quarter of 2013, it expects non-GAAP net revenue to be in the range of $235 to $285 Million and Non-GAAP net income per diluted share is expected to be in between $0.10 to $0.25. For fiscal 2013, it expects Non-GAAP net income per diluted share to be in the range of $1.15 to $1.20 billion and Non-GAAP net income per diluted share $0.05 to $0.20. Analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $303 million and EPS of $0.36 for the fourth quarter of 2013; revenue of $1.77 billion and EPS of $0.15 for fiscal 2013.

NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIHD) shares gained 2.91% to $6.02. The company, on Feb. 11, announced the pricing of the offering, through its wholly owned subsidiary NII International Telecom S.C.A., of $750 million principal amount of 11 3/8% Senior Notes due 2019. The issue price is 100% of the principal amount of the notes. The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced $400 million to $750 million. The notes were offered in a private placement pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The sale of the notes is expected to close on or about February 19, 2013.

Avis Budget Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CAR) shares climbed 2.87% and closed at $24.52. The company, on Feb. 13, reported results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. The Company reported full-year revenue of $7.4 billion, an increase of 25% compared with 2011. Excluding certain items, Adjusted EBITDA increased 38% to $840 million and pretax income increased to $463 million. The Company's adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by more than 100 basis points to 11.4% in 2012, excluding certain items.
