Dow Water & Process Solutions (DW&PS), a business unit of DOW, on Mar. 21, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Ahlstrom, a global high-performance fiber-based materials company, to use Ahlstrom Disruptor® technology for drinking water applications.

Additionally, the company, on Mar. 18, announced that it plans to tap cheaper shale gas in North America by building several new specialty production plants on the Gulf Coast. The Michigan-based chemical maker aims to produce plastics onshore for use in areas such as transportation and telecommunications.

Accenture Plc(NYSE:ACN) shares decreased 2.86% to $74.30 in the last trading session. Stifel Nicolaus maintained Accenture plc on Mar. 20 with a Buy and raised the price target from $79.00 to $80.00.

Dendreon Corporation (NASDAQ:DNDN) shares fell 2.86% and closed at $5.10. The company, on Feb. 25, provided a quarterly loss versus a year-ago profit as revenue fell and restructuring costs weighed on the biotechnology company. The fourth-quarter loss was $38.7 million, or 26 cents per share, compared with a profit of $38.1 million, or 26 cents per share. Quarterly revenue fell to $85.5 million from $202.1 million a year ago.
