The company posted revenue of$102.3 million in the fourth quarter, as compared to revenue of $153.0 million in the year ago period. Fourth quarter net loss was $159.4 million compared to $15.3 million in the same period last year.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) shares fell 4.31% to $181.21. The company’s Chief Executive Reed Hastings, on Feb. 25, said that the original online series “House of Cards” has so far been a success, but isn’t the center of attention for the online video streaming company’s overall business. Hastings made his comments at a Morgan Stanley investors’ conference in San Francisco.

Hastings said one of the strategic advantages Netflix has over the traditional TV networks when it comes to developing original content is that every Netflix subscriber is, essentially, using Netflix as an on-demand service, which means the company isn’t beholden to TV’s traditional practice of programming shows at specific times on specific nights.

Compania de Minas Buenaventura SA (ADR) (NYSE:BVN) shares decreased 4.16% and closed at $24.44 in the last trading session. Golden Minerals Co last month announced the sale of exploration properties in Peru for approximately $4.8 million. The Company has entered into an agreement to sell the properties to Compania de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. for $4.3 million, and has completed transactions for approximately $3.5 million of that amount. The sale of the remaining $0.8 million in exploration properties to Buenaventura is conditioned on the receipt of third party consents by February 28, 2013.
