Pengrowth Energy Corp (USA)(NYSE:PGH) shares climbed 2.98% to $5.53. The company, on Mar. 12, announced that its April 15, 2013 cash dividend will be Cdn $0.04 per common share. The ex-dividend date is March 20, 2013. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders who hold Pengrowth shares at the close of business on the record date of March 22, 2013.
