Los Angelas, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/26/2012 -- Titan Internation (NYSE:TWI) are trading at $21.15 and is +10.77% from its 50-day Moving Average price of $19.0936 and -3.77% from its 200-day Moving Average price of $21.9786. The average trading volume is 833157 shares and its market capitalization is $894.5M. Shares of Titan International (NYSE: TWI ) rose 15% today after the company reported earnings. Sales only rose 1% to $404.7 million but it did set a record in the quarter. Income from operations fell to $36.2 million from $41.4 million a year ago, but adjusted earnings per share of $0.49 beat estimates by three cents. The company is also closing on an acquisition of Titan Europe, which will expand the company's footprint. I'm not excited about the slow growth or the direction of income but the stock isn't highly priced so the expectations going forward aren't all that high. I don't think today is a buying opportunity but if the stock falls back to earth investors may be able to get in at an attractive price.

Entropic Communications (Nasdaq:ENTR) got hammered this morning, falling nearly 15% before settling into a 12% loss as of this writing. The source of the drop appears to be mediocre forward guidance, as the company bested both top- and bottom-line expectations for the current quarter. Entropic CFO David Lyle offered fourth-quarter guidance in the company's earnings call of $89 million to $92 million in revenue, with adjusted EPS coming in at about $0.08. Analysts had expected an average of $92.8 million in revenue and $0.09 in EPS, so Entropic's own estimates are a bit disappointing. The fourth-quarter projections represent very modest growth over the third quarter's results of $89.8 million in revenue, but a decline in EPS from the current $0.09 result. Entropic Communic (NasdaqNM:ENTR) is -0.69 - -12.28% from the previous close of $5.62. It traded between $4.64 - 5.46 with total traded volume of 3643387 shares. At Current Market Price, ENTR is in distance of -15.22% from its 50-day Moving Average price of $5.815 and -3.45% from its 200-day Moving Average price of $5.1062.
