That adds a whopping $22,000 value to a house worth nearly $500,000.

Home adverts are now advertising internet connection speeds, as it double the homeowners covet the the housing, ranking high in priority regarding their house-searching criteria.
Over 20% of homebuyers have checked broadband speeds while evaluating overall housing options before they even make it to the front door of a home. Another 10% have rejected home based on poor connection, according to a study conducted, which asked 2,000 homebuyers.
Knowing that a property has quality internet connection is ranked more important than almost every option, even being near to shopping centers, grocery stores, and pubs.
Having access to public transportation and mobile phone signals also were ranked lower than a quality internet connection.
