The base rack features a minimum of two nodes to run the virtual stack and two nodes reserved for the virtualization management software of Oracle. It is expandable to a maximum of 25. New nodes can be fitted into the rack and can be automatically configured for use.

The RootMetrics award is given on the basis of an analysis of over 18,303 wireless test texts, data transmissions and calls that took place in July of 2013.
President and CEO of RootMetrics, Bill Moore said that AT&T is tied for the topmost rank in Fayetteville for network performance on the whole.
