The Easiest Way to Transfer Environmental Data from Laboratories with Automatic Upload and a Supervised Error Detection and Correction Service

New South Wales, Australia -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/01/2019 -- With the introduction of LabSync organisations no longer need to be involved in ensuring that data is successfully transferred from laboratories to the ESdat data management system.

LabSync is a supervised Service ensuring laboratory reports are automatically loaded into the ESdat system with no user involvement. When a Lab Report is received into ESdat users, receive a notification informing them the results are available. The Notification includes a list of any exceedances if applicable; and links to view the data in ESdat as Tables, Graphs or Maps.

Should errors be detected the Laboratory Report will be rejected and, a report detailing the problem is sent back to the laboratory and your ESdat LabSync support who will work together to reissue a corrected Laboratory Report directly to your ESdat system.

All laboratory results are securely stored in one place, not distributed in email folders. ESdat users get immediate notifications when laboratory results are available, along with the flagging of any exceedances. If there is a problem preventing a Laboratory Report from loading it will still be listed in ESdat, the laboratories PDF reports are available while the Laboratory and ESdat LabSync support staff resolve the issue and resend the report.

"LabSync is a unique and game-changing approach to the receipt of lab data. Organisations no longer need to manage laboratory data transfer files; any error resolution process is completely centralised, and any errors are automatically reported to the lab and support to investigate and resolve."

Warwick Wood, founding director of EScIS.

An increasing number of ESdat users are adopting LabSync to save time and standardise receipt and import of lab reports. Users include GHD, Tetra-Tech, Cristal Mining, Defence and many others.
