The Fit Dads Launches New Website & Beachbody Coaching Opportunity

Rockaway Township, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/15/2013 -- Being a dad is not easy. It is one of the most rewarding things in the world, but we all know how time consuming it can be. It is no wonder that many dads end up putting on quite a bit of weight after the birth of their first child. This typically gets worse with more children.

One of the founders Chris Azzari says, "We wanted to start a site that could help keep us motivated and accountable to each other." "As we put the site together we realized how much other fathers could benefit as well." Some of the functions include an area where you can track and post your daily workouts so other dads can see that you put in your time today. There is also a support page that gives insight to the Beachbody workouts they have done and give out tips to help you get through them.

In a world where it is easy to get home, eat dinner, put the kids to bed then plop on a couch, it is no wonder more and more people are getting out of shape and becoming over weight.

Chris tells us, "After finishing the Super Spartan race last year we are pumped to get involved with as many races this year as our wives will let us ;-)." He also mentioned, "We want to get T-Shirts made up, stickers, and just get dads and their families involved, it is going to be a great year."

Another aspect of the Fit Dads is that they are all Beachbody Coaches which means they can sell Beachbody products such as P90x, Insanity, Shakeology, and countless other quality workouts. Chris says, "Over the years our lives have been transformed by Insanity, P90x, and Shakeology so it was only time before we joined the Beachbody team."
