The project, a 752,000-square-foot open-air retail center in suburban Nashville, Tennessee, was owned through a 50/50 joint venture between Cousins and Faison Enterprises. Cousins' portion of the net proceeds is approximately $36 million. These funds will be used to partially fund its pending $1.1 billion Texas office portfolio acquisition, currently scheduled to close in mid-September.

Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ:NVAX) shares declined 1.85% to $2.65 in the last trading session. The company on August 8 announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013. The company reported a net loss of $12.6 million, or $0.08 per share, for the second quarter of 2013, compared to a net loss of $5.9 million, or $0.05 per share, for the second quarter of 2012.
