Scott says the company's expansion has come naturally, as the team grew, as its services became more in demand, and as its expertise evolved. "We expanded our services as the team developed in its experience and as we had more time to train and gain knowledge in other areas."

He says, for instance, that the company's range of tow services, which includes small and large vehicle, can require different knowledge and expertise to be able to understand and adapt to the differences. And, while roadside assist services such as out of gas and battery jump start may be more fundamental, there are specific skills required when it comes to car lockouts and off road recovery that take time to fully develop. "Especially in the area of car lockout, there are new technologies, devices and locking systems that drivers must be trained in and gain experience with before they are able to truly serve clients."

Scott does not rule out the possibility of further expansion over time. "As I said, our initial growth was seemingly overnight and based on customer demand. I would say that it is highly likely that we'll grow again, adding new staff and new skills to better serve our clients."
