Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:HOV) shares climbed 4.17% and closed at $7. The company, on Dec. 13, posted a fourth-quarter net loss of $84.4 million, or $0.59 per share, as compared with the prior year’s $98.3 million, or $0.90 per share loss.
