Traffic Gives A Fresh Look to DC4MF's Website

Dubai, UAE -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/11/2012 -- The Doha Centre for Media Freedom is a non-profit organisation, which supports the work and security of independent journalists and reporters who often risk their own safety in order to give politically sensitive stories a voice. The Centre’s core values are based on a defense of freedom of speech and plurality in the media, underpinned by a fervent espousal of strong, unbiased journalism.

This is a first foray for Traffic into the online publishing arena; we have been commissioned to build the Centre a brand new web presence, something the Traffic team is very excited to be a part of.

Our remit is to give the organisation a fresh new look, one that is engaging and with a very user-friendly interface enabling users to upload information and articles to the main website. The new www.dc4mf.org will be a multi-facetted website incorporating a broad spectrum of features such as social media integration, RSS feeds, YouTube integration, updates, featured articles, journalist spotlight, flagging of the most popular and most shared articles, newsletter subscription tools as well as a full calendar of events.
