The company posted net income of $10.7 billion on revenue of $10.7 billion, topping analysts’ estimates of $0.06 on revenues of $10.55 billion. It is also reporting an operating profit of $585 million.

The company built cash during the quarter – which is a critical sign. . It says that it now has net cash of $5.9 billion (€4.4 billion), after increasing it this past quarter by €800 million.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) declared that its board of directors has decided a 22.5 cents a share and the 90 cents a share on an annual basis quarterly dividend on the firm’s common stock.

The firm announced that the dividend will be paid on 1st March to stockholders of record on Feb. 7, 2013.

CEO and president of Intel, Paul Otellini stated that the payout of this quarterly dividend, while Intel’s dividend and stock repurchase program will have came back about $119B to stockholders given that the program is setting up.
