Mr. Roger Haskins has worked on federal lands as Bureau Program Manager for Mining Law Administration. He has managed a budget of $35 million and 250 positions as the manager of the National Mineral program. He has formulated numerous regulations in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Moreover, he is a certified geologist as well as a specialist in arcane and federal land and mineral laws.
