Los Angelas, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/15/2013 -- Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) has updated regarding the financial and operating results for Q4 and full year 2012. For the full year 2012, total revenue moved up +1% year over year, to $1.26 billion, gained by retail revenues which advanced +5%, to $795.6 million, in 2012, versus $758.3 million in 2011. Total revenue for the Q4-2012 was down -14% year over year, to $311.2 million, largely due to the predictable year over year decrease in wholesale revenue.

NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIHD) shares increased 3.53% and closed at $6.01. The company, on Feb. 11, announced the pricing of the offering, through its wholly owned subsidiary NII International Telecom S.C.A., of $750 million principal amount of 11 3/8% Senior Notes due 2019. The issue price is 100% of the principal amount of the notes. The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced $400 million to $750 million.
