The "boilerplate" paragraph is generally found at the end of your press release. The term refers to text which would be used several times common to all of your press releases. Many people refer to the "boilerplate" paragraph as the "About us" paragraph. You should include information such as your company name, company headquarters location, your primary product or service, your target market, when the company was formed, and general background information.
