According to Deborah Barbier, “The episode was entitled “Green Eyed Monster. The twin sisters, over the course of more than nine years, defrauded the Department of Defense of $20.5 million in false shipping invoices. Their firm, C & D Distributors, added hundreds of thousands of dollars to costs of shipping parts to key military installations during hostilities in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
