Arlington, VA -- (SBWire) -- 01/12/2017 --Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, L.L.C. (ACT I), an industry-leading provider of Total Acquisition Management and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) solutions, announces the addition of Mr. Miklos Kiss, as Director of International Programs, who leads the pursuit of new international business opportunities and oversees the company's recent contract award in support of the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Unit's 621st Contingency Response Wing, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, providing Security Cooperation and Administrative Support to the Mobility Support Advisory Squadron (MSAS).

Mr. Kiss has extensive experience throughout the entire foreign military sales lifecycle with proven aerospace industry expertise – developing international programs in concert with the U.S Government and industry. He is a dynamic communicator with expertise briefing U.S. senior government officials as well as foreign military chiefs and ministers of defense. Mr. Kiss is a proven leader, who managed two U.S. Air Force squadron commands comprised of over 200+ personnel for the C-130, C-21, and UH-1 aircraft in Tokyo, Japan and Kuwait, Iraq. He served DSCA as the Europe/NATO Country Program Director managing a $6 billion Security Cooperation portfolio for HQ NATO, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Belgium. In his role as the Africa Branch Chief at SAF/IA he oversaw nearly $4.1 billion in military cooperation programs and crafted groundbreaking strategy for U.S. Air Force political-military and security cooperation engagements for 53 African nations.

Mr. Kiss holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
