Brooklyn, NY -- (SBWire) -- 03/20/2014 --The goal of this project is to create and document the creation of four large scale 4' x 5' ink paintings made with the Earth. This is Elizabeth Fonacier’s idea to promote environmental awareness on Earth Day, April 22, 2014 by exhibiting the final paintings and video documentation publicly.

The artwork will be made on the Manhattan Bay beach near Coney Island. Video documentation of the painting process will be created on Earth Day to accompany the finished paintings for public exhibition in New York City. Local Brooklyn based businesses and galleries have agreed to help promote the Earth Day performance by hanging flyers and announcements.

This project is completely one of a kind and the first to ever be produced! The process is unique due to my collaboration with nature. Elizabeth Fonacier has spent the past 10 years studying and working as a fine artist, but now she has found the ultimate creative partner.

Elizabeth has already produced and exhibited "Sand and Water" ink paintings in New York with NurtureART Gallery and sold these pieces extensively to private collectors. It has been her dream since beginning the series to produce the work on a large scale. As a painter, she is familiar with working on large 5' x 7' canvases and naturally feels attracted to making this work big.

Funds raised through Kickstarter will be spent on
