Long Beach, CA -- (SBWire) -- 11/18/2015 --The Ask Sharifah Community, an online business community, founded by award winning Business Consultant and Online Marketing Specialist Sharifah Hardie, is pleased to announce the launch of its "Return to Work Program." This program is designed to assist people who are not currently in the work force, and who need some type of assistance in order to return to work.

The Return to Work Program is a resource that anyone can discreetly turn to for many forms of job assistance. The type of services offered includes resume creation and review, help in the job search process and identifying potential jobs, interviewing techniques and practice, professional mentorship, business plan creation, funding assistance, business set up services, or simply having the proper clothes for an interview.

The Return to Work Program assists people who are having difficulties finding employment as well as those who want to start their own small business. Many people have spent years working for others and have now decided that they would rather be self-employed and want to launch their own business, but need assistance and guidance.

"What America needs now is jobs. Without jobs or new businesses there is absolutely no way anyone can feed their families or survive," said Business Consultant Sharifah Hardie. "I can blame the government. I can blame President Barack Obama. I can point the finger in a lot of different directions, but I had to ask myself, 'What can I do to make even a small difference?' My response, to my own challenge was to create the Return to Work Program for anyone who needs my assistance and isn't financially able to afford it."

The Return to Work Program is fully supported through donations and contributions. For as little as $1 anyone can participate in the Program to help create new jobs and businesses. The more funds that are donated, the larger the number of deserving job searchers can be helped. Initial contributions to the program are coming from people that Sharifah Hardie has assisted in the past and who now have the ability to give back.

"I'm excited about the Program," exclaimed Hardie. "Donations are starting to come in. Although we are starting small, I am hopeful that donations will continue to grow, and we will be able to have a positive impact on many, many lives soon. Teamwork makes the dream work!"
