The Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Delaware is a non-profit organization that donates all proceeds to children fighting cancer. It was established in 1997 to provide funding for the A.I Dupont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE.
Soon after the organization was founded, they began projects such as purchasing televisions for children in the hospital. This organization is especially close to the heart of Purple Wishing Gate's founder, Barbara MacAdam, whose daughter passed away from cancer and received treatments at the A.I. Dupont Hospital for Children for one year.
