The resort completed a large set up in Ocean Grill with themed Asian buffet, large dragon ice sculptures and Dragon features. The signature dishes in were Chinese spiced fish, dumplings, fish balls, meat balls, moon cakes, tangerines, nian gao, and assortment of live and fresh seafood and five vegetable salads for five blessings. An overwater lighting display was completed and a large screen live feed watching Beijing bring in the New Year.
