Pasadena, CA -- (SBWire) -- 06/04/2010 -- Employment report will be majorly bleak for the fifth month of the year even though there will be some positive changes, analysts revealed. The US job market has mostly failed to recover convincingly even though there were three straight quarters of solid economic growth. Even as the unemployment rate of US is sure to budge even more higher; EmploymentCrossing, the prolific job board for all professionals, has added a whopping 750,000+ jobs last week. The job board continues to perform exceptionally well, and aspires to add more and more jobs every day.

“There was slight rise in the employment costs, and even in the unemployment rate and the same trend continues. EmploymentCrossing, on the other hand has nearly achieved the objective of finding the hidden jobs and hence is a premium site to visit for genuine job seekers.” says A. Harrison Barnes, CEO of EmploymentCrossing.

Elsewhere, Cigarette maker Reynolds American Inc said that 60 jobs will be eliminated and close two factories in an attempt to fight declining tobacco sales. Meanwhile, Schumer, the US Democratic Senator has called for different incentives to American call centers to keep the jobs in US instead of deterring the companies to outsource the jobs to Asian countries.

EmploymentCrossing, one of the largest job boards in the world, has managed to create a record of sorts by listing more than 125,000 jobs in its database in a single day on Sunday! It has literally scoured jobs from thousands of other job boards and employer websites and aggregated them in a single database.

Barnes adds, “There has been a boom in the number of jobs but no job board seems to post more jobs nowadays. The prime reason for this is because most of the jobs are present on employer websites. EmploymentCrossing continuously monitors the websites of every job board and employer website to provide job seekers with quality jobs that match their interests.”

“With a highly trained team of researchers who personally screen each and every job posted on EmploymentCrossing’s portals, EmploymentCrossing seeks out, edits, approves, and tracks an elite collection of jobs on an ongoing basis,” Barnes says. “EmploymentCrossing is not for everyone -- we are exclusive and private, and only members have access to our job-opening research.”

Unlike other job boards that simply herd masses of job listings without looking back, EmploymentCrossing ensures quality and accuracy to prevent users from wasting time with outdated or filled jobs. The site’s research staff searches nearly 8,000 job boards and around 250,000 employer websites for jobs every day. Additionally, the number of jobs on the site is expected to receive a major boost in the coming days.
