NSW, Australia -- (SBWire) -- 02/16/2016 --Web-based password management software providers, Click Studios, has seen its third consecutive year of 150% plus growth. This continued year-on-year increase can be attributed to a number of different features the company has implemented over the past year.

These features have been introduced as a result of customer feedback and requests in an attempt to tailor Click Studios' on premise password management platform, Passwordstate. Used amongst many businesses and larger companies to safeguard sensitive or classified information, this software serves as a virtual vault to keep your digital identity safe.

The General Manger for Click Studios, Mark Sandford, says that they are always striving to be responsive to customers' feature requests and are continually seeking ways in which to improve.

"A part of what makes Click Studios so valuable to businesses is our open door policy when it comes to listening to customer feedback," Mark says. "Ultimately, our customers are the ones who use our software on a day to day business, and they will have valuable first insight as to how we can make our product better."

"More than that, we have always made a commitment to offer exceptional, timely support for our clients and this is something I think our customers truly value," he says.

Passwordstate has remained a popular choice for businesses seeking a password management platform due to its affordability for organisations of all sizes. The software solution is flexible and adaptive to a variety of industry needs and has been used by businesses both big and small.

"We're very excited by all of the updates to our products we introduced throughout 2015," Mark says. "Some of the features we've added due to customer feedback include improved support for password resets on VMware ESXi, HP iLO, Dell iDrac, Multiple Linux distributions, F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers, and IBM IMM."

More than that, Click Studios has added Account and Host Heartbeat features to ensure accounts are synchronised properly while including a new streamlined permission model for managing access permissions. They have strengthened the security of their product based on consultations with various external IT security companies and added browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

"Last year has been one of our biggest in terms of updates and product enhancements. We've focused on making improvements to our Application Programming Interface as well as providing added support for SafeNet Two-Factor Authentication," Mark says. "I don't expect we'll be slowing down in 2016."
