The American Children's Society Requests Car Donations

Marlboro, NJ -- (SBWire) -- 03/29/2018 --For nearly the last two decades, The American Children's Society has been providing assistance to kids and their families who have been stricken with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. While the nonprofit is perpetually dedicated to their mission and cause, for the first time in their 18-year history, they have been experiencing a considerable shortage of donations.

Difficult economic times such as these can cause a significant decrease in responses from donors and volunteers, but the nonprofit remains steadfast in their ultimate goal: to provide the community's terminally sick children with the treatments, medications, means of transportation, and other necessities that entail life-saving medical care and assistance.

In a first for the organization, they are experiencing difficulty keeping up with the requests for assistance from these families in need. Many of them have recently suffered the loss of one or both incomes, which can create a disastrous situation for the well-being of their children.

The American Children's Society is attempting to create and implement novel and more cost-effective methods to raise funds and generate donorship for their constituents all while battling rising transportation and advertising costs. They are issuing a plea for help to anyone who may be in a position to help them realize this vision.

The organization thanks and is appreciative of all previous and future sponsors of their programs, including those in their NJ car donation program. They urge any and all sponsors, volunteers, and donors to consider giving to their cause.
