Dr. Miller served proudly in the USAF where he was Chief of Orthodontics at Clark Air Base in the Philippines for three years. Dr. Miller is a past president of the Virginia Association of Orthodontics and is a pioneer in the area of orthopedic correctors, having developed the Flip Lock™ Herbst device in the early 1990's.
