Although we have been trading for many years, at Discovery Holiday Homes we like to consider ourselves a "second generation" holiday rental agency. The development of technology and the need for maintaining personal service in this industry requires a new approach. This combined with differing travel habits has seen a change in the owner~agent relationship and agent~guest relationships. Discovery works very closely with owners at all levels, from exclusive representation for absent owners, to co-marketing agreements and deep level partnerships with other agencies. We supply a wide range of advanced online tools for our owners and partners and work closely at a personal level to maximize income and bookings for owners. We focus heavily in specific UK destinations and provide partner marketing and booking services to a number of European destinations.
