Indian Scholarship Fund Scheme means a scholarship to provide financial assistance to distance learners belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Economically Weaker General category. This is a special scholarship opportunity for students who are pursuing their first year of Bachelor's or Master's program in Diploma, Engineering, Medical, Post Graduate, or Geophysics/Geology certificate course up to Ph.D. The scholarship amount is Rs. 2 lakh. It is deposited in the wallet account for 5 years. There are many students who, despite having ability and talent, are not able to pursue higher education due to financial constraints.
