Manchester Brewery Tours have secured a special behind the scenes tour of Beer Nouveau with the brewer Steve Dunkley. Then it's onto UBREW for an introduction to home brewery followed by 6 tastings of specially selected craft beer. The final stop of the day is at Alphabet Brewery where all guests will receive a final drink plus a take home bottle of beer.

All tastings are included with the ticket plus Manchester Brewery Tours are looking to provide some tasty street food for all guests to fill their stomachs on the way round.

If all goes well then tours will start running monthly on the first Saturday of the month up until Christmas 2016 during this trial period.

Beer Nouveau
The idea of Beer Nouveau is two-fold, firstly to look at the old recipes that these skilled brewers used and to try and imagine how they would have brewed them if they had access to the ingredients that we do today. And secondly, to experiment still further with beer, to come up with new recipes by using as many of the new ingredients and ideas that we can.

UBREW
For too long Mancunians have been forced to brew in the confines of their ever-shrinking Manchester flats, or cold garages and sheds! At UBREW Manchester, we have 2,340 square feet of brewery for you to use as your own, designed to get messy and steamy. Oh yes.

Alphabet
