Norristown, PA -- (SBWire) -- 10/29/2018 --Elmwood Park Zoo, one of the most popular zoos in PA, is looking forward to hosting the "Wild Lights" Winter Holiday Festival, which will take place at the zoo this holiday season. This brand-new, multi-day festival will feature millions of LED lights that span across the zoo's entire 16 acres.

With the help of animated light installations, guided tours, lit pathways, music, and themed stops along the way, guests will feel as though they were transported into a dazzling winter wonderland at this zoo located in PA. Wild Lights is generously sponsored by 1SEO, which is Philadelphia's leading I.T. support and digital marketing firm. Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board also provide additional support.

This event is the first of its kind for Elmwood Park Zoo. The Wild Lights creative design, production, and light installations are courtesy of GES Events, a company that's known for producing corporate events and entertainment experiences. Wild Lights will also feature:

- Santa's Workshop - Where guests can meet and take photos with Santa himself.
- Santa's live reindeer for photos and guest greetings.
- Treetop Adventures - Guests will be offered rides on its "Quick Zip" course, where they will wear lit harnesses that interact with certain light installations.
- Carousel and Butterfly Train Ride - Which will be open throughout each evening.
- Bubby's Dessert Party - Features the zoo's bison mascot helping guests to a variety of delicious holiday treats.

Wild Lights will debut to the public on Friday, November 16, 2018, from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. It will continue Thursdays through Sundays until December 9, and then it will be open nightly from December 13 through December 31, 2018. It will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
