Marlton, NJ -- (SBWire) -- 04/11/2019 --The Law Firm of Morgan Rooks, PC, home to the leading retaliatory termination attorneys in South Jersey, is pleased to announce that Franklin J. Rooks, Jr., Esq., has been chosen by the New Jersey Association For Justice as a featured speaker for its Boardwalk Seminar 2019.

The educational seminar, with a theme of "Employment Law: Mock Trial" is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 9, 2019, and Friday, May 10, 2019, at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.

Mr. Rooks will help to kick off the event on May 9 at 9:45 a.m. with a 45-minute presentation called "Motions in Limine." Along with co-presenter Adam Gersh, Esq., of Flaster Greenberg, PC, Mr. Rooks will present motions in limine for the mock trial. A motion in limine is a legal procedure by which attorneys can request the exclusion (or inclusion) of evidence or testimony in a civil or criminal proceeding. He serves on the Editorial Board of Billing & Coding Advantage Magazine, the Editorial Advisory Board for Advance Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehab Medicine, and the Board of Visitors at Samson College of Health Sciences at the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia.
