Bria Method Offers Dance Fit Classes Among Other Low-Intensity Training Programs

Don't be deceived by the words "low impact." These programs are certainly not as intense as HIIT classes, but that doesn't mean participants won't work up a sweat, raise their heart-rates, or burn calories.
Dance Fit is probably the most intense low-intensity training class at Bria Method. It is sometimes referred to as "night club meets fitness," due to the loud, beat-driven music, bright lights, and a chance for participants to dance at high-energy levels for nearly an hour per session. Over the course of a 55-minute session, participants build strength, condition their cardio, sculpt muscle, and burn hundreds of calories.
With all that physical activity and sweating, participants are encouraged to wear sneakers and cool, comfortable clothing. It's also recommended that they bring water to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe away the sweat.
Besides dance fit, Bria Method also offers Barre classes and group yoga classes at its convenient Bucks County, PA location. Like Dance Fit, these classes take place in group sessions.
