The survey also revealed that 28% of Americans have already bought a small car in response to fuel costs and another 21% are currently considering such a purchase. Potential candidates from the newly-established high-quality champion include the 2012 Toyota Prius and newcomer Prius c, the 2012 Toyota Camry (and its Hybrid version) and the 2012 Toyota Corolla.
