Ace Sheds Introduces the Croyden Apex Workshop

Logo

Ashford, Kent -- (SBWire) -- 02/07/2013 --When it comes to superior Timber Workshops then the Croyden Apex stands head and shoulders above all the rest. Or more to the point it allows you to stand fully upright in it without banging your head or shoulders on the rafters.

Apex sheds are proud to reintroduce this popular model, which is back by popular demand, which features extra height headroom allowing you to fully utilise every square inch of the floor space, as it has full height headroom throughout. Some competitors that claim to offer workshops with full height headroom, in reality only offer this in the middle section of their workshops, meaning that you have to bend down at the edges of the workshop, which in reality substantially reduces the usable floor space.

Where the Croyden Apex workshop stands out from its competitors is that it allows for the fitment of a standard full size door in the side of it (This gives you some idea of the extra height). Apex sheds also offer it with an optional double door, indeed, as with most Apex sheds and timber workshops it is not just the doors that are customisable, but also many other aspects.

Apex sheds are pleased to offer this popular workshop with not just a single or double door option (Which can be ideal for those with a ride on lawn mower to drive in and out of the workshop), but also with a variety of window options as both the number of windows and their placement are fully customisable as are most of the timber buildings offered by Apex sheds.

The company operates a policy of no hidden extras and all standard items shown on their easy to use website are automatically selected when you order. Popular options that Apex sheds offer are: -

Cladding – The company offers four different types, and all of these claddings can be either sprayed with Tanalith Extra E, which contains a built in water repellent, or they can be built with timber pressure treated with it. The latter is a highly recommended option, as it will greatly increase the life of the timber workshops.

Wooden frames – Apex build their frames as standard from 50 x 25mm wooden battens, but offer an optional upgrade to 65 x 38mm frames if you feel you require extra strength.

Felt – All of Apex sheds timber workshops such as the Croyden come with green mineral felt, but you can have red felt or upgrade to heavy duty felt if you live in an area of high inclement weather.

Doors and windows – The size and number of these is fully customisable as is their location.

It is the full height feature of the Croyden timber workshop combined with the number of practical customisations that Apex sheds and summer houses offer that makes the model so popular with customer. It also starts at a very attractive price of £550 for an 8 x 6ft workshop, and even its largest model of 20 x 10ft is available for under £1,800. That is an exceptional price for the amount of space offered, and considerably cheaper than buying a small industrial unit, and thanks to the high quality of Apex sheds construction it will see you through many years of good service.
