London, UK -- (SBWire) -- 02/27/2013 --Arthritis sufferers have a new informational site to turn to which helps educate them more about the condition and what they can do to help ease the pain. Arthritis affects mainly older people but can strike at any age, and can mean normal activities such as walking and gardening can be very painful. Of course medications help, but so far there has been no absolute cure for the pain.

John Sanders understands the pain all too well. “I set this site up for two reasons. One, because I understand how painful and debilitating arthritis can be; two, because I have learned how to overcome this condition with the right help,” said John Sanders, founder of Arthritisexpert.com.

Sanders’ website is broken into three, easy to read sections. Each section is devoted to a specific aspect of arthritis. Causes and symptoms to specific arthritic conditions are covered in several, easy to read and simple pages.

“I wanted to set this page up for anyone to find help for their arthritis pain,” Sanders said.

Sanders is a also a huge proponent of two excellent factors that assist in controlling arthritis pain: exercise and natural product supplements.

“Any physician will advocate proper exercise. The lower impact exercises are best. And of all of them, a good healthy walk is one of the best things you can do,” Sanders said.

In addition to exercise, Sanders suggests the addition of supplements, particularly Provailen, to help support the body’s fight in arthritis pain and suffering.

“The Reishi mushroom has long been used in Chinese medicine to help ward off arthritis pain. Clinical studies are underway to see if the mushroom’s complex chemical makeup can help ward off cancers and assist in treating inflammation from arthritis,” Sanders added.
