Bournemouth, UK -- (SBWire) -- 01/08/2014 --In 2013, Roy Gaynor staged a brand new musical he has written called ‘No Pasarán!’. It is about the Spanish Civil War and the bravery of the volunteers of the International Brigades and of the Spanish people. It is also a story of friendship, love and hope for the future.

In 2005, Roy’s beautiful son Simon Gaynor died from a brain tumor. Since Simon’s death, Roy has raised tens of thousands of pounds for The Brain Tumor Charity to carry out brain tumor research. 

Roy Gaynor wants to stage the show again in 2014, but he spent all his money on the first production so he needs help to take ‘No Pasarán!’ to bigger audiences and achieve his goal of raising a lot of money for cancer research.

Longer term, Roy will tour ‘No Pasarán!’ around the UK and then into other countries to create a continuous flow of funds for the charity. Contributions to this campaign will do much more than a direct donation. By helping them grow awareness and build momentum, one can help brain tumor sufferers for many years to come.
