The idea of family-style dining is not new. To the Ellicottville Brewing Company (EBC), it is a very new idea and one that has taken off with their restaurant.

The family-style dining experience means a group will share a very large table in a semi private venue overlooking the new brewery operations. Similar to a family dinner, dishes are passed around the table, and everyone has an opportunity to serve themselves.

The Family dining experience at the Ellicottville Brewing Company is tailored to large groups of people. The Family dining restaurant can serve up to 50 at a time, and there is a variety of choices of menu themes to choose from.

“We have tried to tailor the meal choices to anyone. Choose between a night in Mexico with our Mexicali Madness, journey to Italy with the Taste of Italy or return home with the Home American Style,” said Mr Kreinheder. Additional menu themes are also available.

The new dining experience meant the restaurant had to implement a full online reservation program, and the system is already in place for customers.
