Movie Studio Seeks Crowdfunding for Third Release

Victor Master and Ariodite Films announce epic fantasy movie project and seeking financing through crowdfunding campaign.

Los Angeles, CA -- (SBWire) -- 02/03/2014 --Tall tales, high adventure come to life four stories as told by a grandfather to his grandchildren in a new production from Victor Masters and Ariodite Films. The production is raising money through a crowdfunding campaign at

“The Mighty Mack Chronicles” is a full length movie split into four tales. The first three are complete short stories where “Mighty Mack” spins a yarn about how his much younger self battled the hordes of evil to triumph in the end.

“It’s a coming of age tale of what it means to be a badass,” said Mr. Masters. “These are the kind of stories we all wish our grandfather had told us. Adventure, excitement, drama and pitched battles in what should be an everyday occurrence. Obviously Grandpa took a lot of poetic license in his stories, but that’s what makes them so fun.”

The fourth story, “Might Mack in Escape from Bitch Mountain” is a cliffhanger and part 1 of a 2-part story. If the IndieGoGo campaign exceeds the $40,000 goal, they studio will work on Part 2 of Bitch Mountain.

The campaign is flexible. If they don’t raise all $40K, they will produce as much of the movie as they can with the money available. If the crowdfunding beats the goal, they’ll step up the animation and effects in the movie as well as working on the 5th installment.

“We’ve produced two movies so far which generated a lot of buzz and plenty of interest,” Mr. Master said. “With this movie, we’re stepping back in time to the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s to create a place that could have been. Mighty Mack is an ordinary guy who becomes extraordinary when faced with amazing circumstances and situations. It’s Tall Tales for the modern urban market.”

The IndieGoGo campaign has several fundraising levels starting at $10, which gets the contributor movie credits. In the mid-range, $300 delivers a shirt, notebook journal, name in the credits and a special edition jacket. Contribution levels go to $10,000.
