Noblequest is a health foundation that tends to the individual's need for health service. The mission is to bridge the gap of health care to the patients who may not be able to afford the costs; therefore, fundraising and donations are key factors to its success. Programs include Integrated Transitional Care, Home Safety Assessment, Wheelchair assessment, Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic, and Residential based facility.

Noblequest has a variety of programs available. Integrated Transitional Care is provided to the patients after acute hospitalization. Noblequest will coordinate with the hospital discharge planners and ancillary care providers in assisting the patient at home and establishing a mode of transportation for follow up visits. Home Safety and Wheelchair Assessment is done when one of Noblequest's licensed therapists make professional recommendations for an efficient and safe discharge. They also provide specialized mobility devices and modification referrals. Outpatient Comprehensive Rehabilitation is available in an office setting through licensed physical, speech, and occupational therapists who will accommodate the person's need for therapy. Residential based Rehab facility is a short term program in a home setting environment. Average length of stay is 30 - 45 days. Patients admitted to this program will be able to learn mobility and independence during their condition to slowly integrate them into the community.
