The project Othello Gooden Jr. has in mind for this campaign is funding for the MDR animated series and movies. Funding requirement for this project is $10,000.

Cincinnati, OH -- (SBWire) -- 02/27/2014 --The project launched by Othello Gooden Jr. (under the name Othniel James Goodman on Kickstarter) is funding for the MDR animated series and movies.  This includes the cost for the animators, voiceovers, graphic designers and marketing campaign to promote MDR worldwide once the aforementioned jobs are done. 

The animated series follows the comic book series, beginning with the founding of the Lunarian Society. The animated movie series will be based on Ohello’s novel tetrology.  These books follow the lives of Kayleen Evanston (Raylorian Dawn), Laura Giordano (Collisions), Zahra Kuroyama (Shadows of Revival), and Othniel Goodman AKA: 2kReturner (The Inter-dimensional Time Traveler). Since November 2009, this series has reached an audience of over 100k. The latter number includes subsequent series related to MDR where characters from MDR have adventures in these dimensions, music videos, and short films.

The novel came first but Othello Gooden Jr. believed a vlog series could reach far more people than his novel ever could in a short length time period.  The novel was started around early September of 2009 and completed late December 2010.  Yet the vlog series began in November 2009 and was completed early October 2010.  In 2012, the MDR series reached an audience of 100k with the help of the Super Mecha Madness Show in a matter of three years.

This project will only be funded if at least $10,000 is pledged by Sat, Mar 7 8:00 PM EST.
