IREC will be designing and constructing two buildings, one of which will be a 9,000 Sq Ft climate controlled facility. IREC will be implementing a full sprinkler system for fire protection into both new buildings.

Storage Atlantic is located at 1 PGA Blvd in Bear, DE, sitting conveniently off Pulaski Hwy (Rt 40) in the commercial center of the community. The location is just a short drive from Wilmington and Newark. The existing facilities at Storage Atlantic total 74,600 Sq Ft, and the new building project will add 17,000 Sq Ft of storage.
