New York, NY -- (SBWire) -- 03/27/2014 --Curtain is an independent horror feature film shot by a crew of just four people in New York City and the woods of New Jersey. It's a Twilight Zone-style story about a burnt-out nurse who moves into a new apartment in search of a simpler life. But when her shower curtains begin to disappear through a mysterious portal she discovers there's no such thing as simple in this world...or any other.

After spending their entire personal savings to create Curtain, the filmmakers of Jash Pictures Inc. have run out of money and have been forced back into our day jobs. As much fun as it would be for them to live off a diet of only ramen noodles until they save enough money for post-production they have launched a Kickstarter to raise the money NOW.

If the $20,000 goal is reached then Curtain will be done this year and submitted to film festivals and the filmmakers will breath a sigh of relief. If the goal is not reached then the movie gets nothing and it's ramen noodles until the filmmakers save $20,000 themselves. They would love to avoid the latter.

This project will only be funded if at least $20,000 is pledged by Mon, Mar 31 2014 12:30 PM +05:30.
