This 12-page children's book is written and fully illustrated and ready to be put in readers’ hands. It's the first book in a series designed to educate kids on how they can take charge of their health and happiness.

Author Tammy Letherer is a single mother of three kids, aged 14, 12 and 9. Tammy has known from an early age that she wanted to be a writer, and one of her passions is in helping kids discover their own power and purpose. Tammy is the author of one novel, and is currently writing her second book, a spiritual memoir. Tammy has also been a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner for several years and enjoys working with children and teaching them simple ways to connect with their intuition.

Tammy wants kids to make the connection that food is energy, and that what they eat really affects their energy. She introduces the idea of the human energy system through the colors of the food. The little ant character, called "Super Ant" because he loves Super Foods, jokes that he doesn't have fingers, so he just eats the rainbow.

According to the latest update, Tammy has already exceeded her Kickstarter funding goal of $1,600. Additional money will help fund the second book in the series, 'My Healing is in My Hands.' The series will be published by Balboa Press, a division of Hay House.
