Lagos, Nigeria -- (SBWire) -- 07/18/2014 --Westafco approached STPL Global for a better solution where the IT Infrastructure resource consumption is less, cost of deployment is less and which is easy to maintain and manage. STPL Global analysed the current situation did a POC with 2x in the existing set up. Westfaco was quite impressed by ease of use of the software and decided immediately to migrate from Citrix to 2X.

Westafco was founded in Nigeria in 2003 as a privately held distribution company specialising in the provision of quality sanitary ware, tiles, faucets and bathroom accessories. Westafco was using Citrix to remotely access their Enterprise applications. The cost of managing the smooth running of the application was very high. There were frequent downtimes that impacted the business users efficiency and resulted in a business loss. Getting a qualified resource to manage the complexity of Citrix was very costly.
