The program chaired and moderated by J.KyleBachus, Esq, encompasses a variety of topics of interest to attorneys.

- Initial focus will be on the issues and challenges faced before trials. Discovery disputes, insights on best practices in briefing and case management and the workings of the new Civil Rules Pilot Project and the significance of researching and understanding a judge.

- The second part of the program is to focus on the successful presentation of cases. Judges to speak on the various aspects of jury selection, effective and futile trial strategies, efficient handling of exhibits and demonstrative aids and best methods to utilize courtroom technology.

- The final part of the program will focus on ethics. From imposition of sanctions to decisions on the boundaries that can and cannot be crossed will be discussed in detail.

Judge Mary Celeste sits on the Denver County Bench where she served as the Presiding Judge in 2009 and 2010.
