With years of broad experience in engineering, strategic planning, project management, six sigma, manufacturing, and a plethora of other skills, Thomas Neumann has brought a unique skill set to the industry of aggregate processing equipment, and has now made his mark on the world stage, becoming Lippmann’s International Brand Ambassador.

Having successfully taken on many projects to ensure the success of Lippmann Milwaukee, Thomas Neumann has focused his role as CIO toward helping the company control costs and maximize profits.

Neumann has led the way in building a cost-controlling, automated RFID tool, while overseeing the company's website and SEO strategy to gain high rankings for some of the most competitive search terms in the aggregate equipment industry.

All this work has been successfully undertaken while Neumann wore another, very different hat to brighten the company’s future, traveling to multiple countries throughout the world to establish key distributor relationships and foreign trade worldwide.

So far he has travelled to Santiago, Chile, Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia to work directly with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Commercial Service’s Gold Key program. He has also completed other critical tasks such as overhauling the company’s safety program to enhance safety and compliance to meet the strictest global standards.
